On August 24-27, 2018, the United States of America hosted its first ever International Visitors Program (IVP) during the USA Prophetic Conference held at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. On the last day of the program, the Canadian International Chaplaincy Association (CICA) conferred on Prophet Shepherd Bushiri and his wife, Prophetess Mary Bushiri, an honorary Doctorate Degree of Divinity. The Canadian International Chaplaincy Association (CICA) runs an International University and a Seminary and was the the first and only Full Gospel Church to be granted an NGO in Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). CICA International University & Seminary is accredited by the Evangelical Order of Certified Pastoral Counselors of America (EOCPC), a Federal Chartered organization with the Canadian Government. They are also accredited with the World-Wide Accreditation Commission of Christian Education Institutions.
