This workshop, hosted by Springer Nature & Times Higher Education, leading publishers of scientific journals, invite audience to explore the roles and contributions of sustainable development goals in shaping the path of research and academia to produce critical scientific evidence needed to inform and influence policies at the highest level in Southeast Asia.

This virtual discussion will feature perspectives from research experts from leading organizations in Southeast Asia, including WorldFish’s Research Program Leader for Value Chains and Nutrition and, Shakuntala Thilsted, on the importance of leveraging the SDGs into driving new performance metrics in reframing university rankings and changing the narratives of future research and publications.
